Cody Kerns is the founder of Kerns Capital Management, LLC, which is the Investment Manager formed in April 2022. Concurrently, Mr. Kerns is also the portfolio manager of CDK Fund II, Legacy Fund 3 and CDK Series PE Fund. In these capacities, Mr. Kerns is responsible for investment decisions, marketing, and management operations of the Partnership.
